CRIME: South African Football Coach Was Arrested At Lagos Airport for Drugs Dealing, Confessed He Was Under Financial Pressure to Cope With Peers

The 38-year old South African Football coach, Steven Darlugar has been arrested by agents of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency(NDLEA) at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, for trying to smuggle drug out of Nigeria to South Africa.

Sadly, Darlugar said they promised to pay him $6,000 if he succeeded in smuggling the drugs.
He had neatly packaged the drugs weighing 1.54 kilogrammes in
 a compartment before the officials at the airport unravelled his gimmick during the screening of Arik Air passengers on board to South Africa.



Upon interrogation, Darlugar, a married father of one confessed he was under financial pressure to cope with peers and he had worked hard to make it, but it all turned futile.
